Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Fromnote and tap Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You're signed out and deletion starts straight away.

Without the app

1. Email privacy@fromnote.app with the subject Delete my Fromnote account.
2. Send it from the Google email address you sign in with, so we can confirm it's you.
3. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, profile photo and Google account identifier.
• All pages, text, handwriting strokes, page images and recognised handwriting text, including Trash.
• Connected AI assistants and their access tokens, which are revoked immediately.
• Device and push-notification records.

What we keep, and for how long

• Encrypted backups — they age out within 30 days of deletion.
• AI action and security logs — up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Subscription and payment records — as long as tax and accounting law requires. These contain no note content.

Just want to delete some pages?

Long-press a page and tap Delete. It moves to Trash and is permanently deleted after 7 days (Free) or 30 days (Pro). You can also empty Trash yourself in the app. To delete content without deleting your account by email, write to privacy@fromnote.app.
